Update...My little affirmation cards are working!!!
3/5 - 35 min on Treadmill
3/6 - 35 min on Treadmill
3/7...Nope
3/8 - 35 min on Treadmill
3/9 - 25 min walking Bailey...WAY harder than the treadmill
So now that I am getting more active, the food has got to be controlled!! Yesterday I was completely on plan until about 6:00 and then things went astray (I will spare you the details and the excuses) Today, again, I am completely on plan and I will make it through the night on plan!!
My goal is to lose 1% each week. So this week I will lose 3.6 lbs!!!

Glad to see you back! I'm rooting for you :D
So glad the cards are working for you! Night time is the hardest for me food wise as well. I've been drinking lots of tea and knitting to keep me full and my hands occupied.
