I am in full blown Honey moon stage. I am not even thinking about food. I eat what I planned/brought, have a portion of dinner, write it down and poof, another day being consistent. In fact, since I am not thinking about food at all, I seem quite bored. Food usually takes up a lot of my time, without it I hardly know what to do with myself.
I am anxious for weeks to pass to see how this goes long-term. I am very excited at the possibility that I may have found my answer.
