Week 1 results...Lost 3.4, exercised 4 days. My goal was 3.6 (1 %), but I am pleased with 3.4.

I exercised 4 days last week, I will try and see if I can exercise 5 days this week.

3/8 - 35 min on Treadmill (speed: 2.2)
3/9 - 25 min walking Bailey
3/10 - 35 min on Treadmill (speed: 2.3) Plus 5 minutes taking the pup around the block!
3/11...Nope
3/12...Nope
3/13 - 28 min walking Bailey
3/14...Nope

Good job, Sandi! I have been losing weight, but haven't been up to doing any exercise yet. I know it would help, but my depression has been flaring up, making it hard for me to do anything but the bare minimum. Reading your blog gives me a boost, so thanks for sharing. One of these days I'll be able to say that I took a walk outside in the spring sunshine!
